The Physician Engagement and Patient Education Campaign was created to achieve the following:

  • The Happy Feet campaign was created to achieve the following:

    • De-bottleneck the referral pathway between Diabetologists, Physicians and Interventionalists (Vascular Surgeons/Interventional Radiologists / Interventional Cardiologists)
    • Raise awareness about PVD and endovascular techniques available to help prevent loss of limb

    A series of events were carried out in different parts of North India (New Delhi, Faridabad, Panipat and Lucknow, to name a few) to engage all key stake holders like people with diabetes, treating physicians, and super-specialists like vascular Surgeons. 


    Idea Genie, apart from ideating and designing the campaign, provided end-to-end services including:

    • Branding
    • OutReach support to identify and engage all stakeholders
    • KOL Management
    • Event creation and management
    • Public relations

    The events had high participation and were widely covered by major press houses.

    • Provide consulting services and help develop India specific go-to-market strategies
    • Glocalization of existing marketing collaterals for India including Brochures, AV films, Detailing Aids, Patient Awareness Material, etc.

      • ATL activations

Product Training and Team Building Program

Client: World-leader in Oncology and Pharmaceuticals

Training and Engagement

The Product Training and Team Building Program was created to achieve the following:

  • Idea Genie was called upon to design and execute an entire Product Launch:

    • Research, design, and create the entire positioning, communication matrix, scientific material for the new product
    • Ideate and execute a high-impact launch program to energize the sales-force
    • Design and facilitate the launch training and follow-up program to stimulate sales of the new product without affecting their focus of the existing portfolio

    Idea Genie, apart from ideating and designing the campaign, provided end-to-end services including:

    • Branding: logo creation for the product as well as the launch campaign
    • Scientific unputs: create a scientific content based input series for the entire year post-launch
    • Pre-launch teaser campaign with web-based and door-step delivery of teaser material for the field-force 
    • Plan and execute a 2-day launch event at a off-site resort including one day of scientific training and one day of team-building followed by a gala musical evening
    • Facilitate all training and development sessions

     

    The event - content and engagement - was highly appreciated by the participants and the marketing / medical teams. The brand also achieved the Year 1 targets thus meeting the core objective.
